Hi Tony,

This is the first time I have read your input having not seen it prior to today! Firstly thanks for bringing this to my attention I was aware of the problem on Veronica but not R.N.I.
This is a fault that I have not been able to find the cause as its to do with the software being used and seems to be some form of bug so it only leaves one option ie a complete reinstall a long and very time consuming task X2 with them both doing this. I will address the issues over the next few days and do what is needed. I do appreciate the heads up though Tony.
