It has to be accepted the days of MW public broadcasting are over UNLESS it finds purposes other than juke boxes and news propaganda. The only possibility are low power stations operated by the public along the lines of LPAMs in Holland. Purely for fun, these small stations would not interest advertisers or anyone else, and be financed directly from the operators pocket and maybe donations if they are for charity. That's about it I guess. Nothing in this for Ofcom's cash cow, so it should be licence free
