I am mystified with this one, I use Chrome, but I have tried with Edge, and both browsers on my Android phone, on my laptop and PC, so it is some weird network issue. I am fairly sure it's not a cache issue, I have forced refresh, cleared the cache and cookies etc. I have no issues with any other sites. The message is from the browser, not a 404 or internet served message page. I have put a screenshot of what I am seeing on my server. I have even switched DNS providers but to no avail.
