In previous evenings it has been blotted out by Dutch station Tower Radio

It is such a shame that only one Dutch station appears to be disrespectful and decide to jam 1611 kHz when they must know it is on there full time providing a proper radio service.
Even if they can't hear it (and I doubt that VERY much) they could check the frequency on a remote SDR before firing up after a dozen lagers and playing crap and talking much the same.
It's always the same culprit, shame on him, hopefully he will grow up before too long.
