if you said newfoundland or cape cod etc, it is believable, but japan??
honestly sounds like the dxer is being slightly dishonest and WAS using an SDR on line.
Some Brazilian guy used to send in reports a few years back to sw pirates claiming to be listing middle of the day in Brazil.....
And the band played believe it if you like.....
