I agree, it's awful. He has a tight playlist sticking to the old top-ten favourites which makes it very repetitive. The start at 6 am makes it a semi-graveyard show.The equivalent show, at the original time of the Brian Mattew's show, is to be found on Boom Radio. Roger Day is infinitely better, with a wide range of tracks (eg including B-sides) and no talking rubbish.
