Hi Mike - I did not make notes, but it was very interesting to meet Alan - he spoke for about an hour, no doubt similar content to the meetings you have been to. Lots about moving the 2 TXs from Holland to England, quite a few pictures of the renovation of the big TX. Several showing Peter Moore, helping with some of the Donkey work.

It seems, Caroline have a very good relationship with them.
A bit was said, about a further power increase, & the Solar power project - which is linked with it.

More about the possible MW closures of Talk Sport & even BBC 5 live - I suggested that Droitwich TX site, would make a nice new housing estate - I think he agreed.
Alan thinks (Like me) that Caroline may be the last Radio station on MW in Western Europe.

They feel - following closure of Borg & similar, on MW - Caroline's listenership is shooting up, & Advertisers are being added, thick & fast !

Quite a lot more said - but I don't remember it all.

A very good turn out, I also met the man, who is "STX" who posts here & elsewhere - Several DJs were there, inc Flashback DJs. Qute a few Raffle prizes, though I was not lucky this time.
