I think that was that was aka Brian I think, who sadly was a great pioneer in pirate radio and sadly passed away and now missed immensely.
He was a clever man and always had the better of the PO, Ofcom and DTI. A great man indeed.
He appeared in Kingston magistrates court so often eventually he had shares in it lol!
He was behind the LTIR if anyone remembers?
