Mike, it don't work that way in order to lift an Anorak signal into that of a tuner stopping signal it if 4k now would have to be raised to at least 50k and to match the kind of signal that it had on 963 we are talking 150k plus. None of that would be affordable or granted. 648 is a local signal and that's what it will always be unless they win the Lottery and Ofcom shut a total blind eye ether way not happening.
