getting round the broadcasting act of 1990 is there a way offshore radio could return

from somewhere some country illegal

as it was up till November the 5th 1990 any loopholes
do you think anyone should have tested the 1990 act to see how long a radio ship would have survived it might have been longer than you think


would you like to see offshore radio happen again or should we be just happy with the years we had it for. Peter e.
