Yes it is true, don't blame tune-in for one second though, they were forced to do it by PRS who are too busy counting revenue to do much anyway.

Remember, this is NOTHING to do with collecting money for artists (they hardly ever see it anyway)- it is about pressure put on PRS by the suits who run Globalist UK radio stations and networks, they can't even produce decent radio and are not happy with getting just 99+% of the revenue available.
These small stations all run at a loss, so this is done in PURE SPITE!
