Best Long term plan, is replace the Normal Bulbs with modern White LEDs, with resistor for each LED
Go for the High brightness type LEDs, Ideal for CB, Ham Radio or anything using dial bulbs
Even Valve(tube) kit can use LEDs for dial lights, with couple of IN4002 etc off the heater volts
