Hi Garry, I can hear thies station every day on 1611 kHz at about s8 signal near Noordwijk only 30km from Den Haag by the Nordzee.
It has a good offshore sound, good shows late and early too. I see it they have facebook page for people to join (I am not a facebook member so cannot be).
I wish success to the people, we need thies free radio stations especially in century 21.
