Alas, criticism of someone's hobby that brings enjoyment to others can be very harmful, an over reaction to some, could be the final straw to somebody who is doing this work to escape other issues in their life, only to find others wanting to bring you down.
It gets to the stage where you have to cut out the stuff that is getting to you. Hence, the balls to this attitude, I can't be asked, I'll sell to someone else.
