Also does not need to be limited to MW.
Condition is that you are free to do whatever you want on your outlets.
AM ship based with a proper license and copied on as much as possible DAB could be viable.
You need to be in national waters, no problem, 12 miles is very far from the coast to make it an "real isolated" live event.
You need a proper ship, Sietse's Jenny Baignton is good for it.
On a good position in the North Sea you cover Holland, Belgium and a SE England and London. So a big market, sales should be set up in each country. Language is English.
Hurdle is the AM license, Belgium has a few nice channels available like 621 and 927.
621 hurdle is French, but with good arguments could be made available. BTW, Belgium MUST make those frequencies available.
Next best is a Dutch wavelength, like 675, 747 or 1008. Only hurdle is to free it from the LPAM regime. No programme restrictions in Holland.
10 - 50 kW power, it is just for promotion and car radio reception (most car radioos dont have DAB)
The essence is (free)promotion, promotion and promotion. The ship is your USP.
Just my thoughts.
