I've been searching for this tune which got heavy RNI play (mostly Dutch service). Maybe a smash play.

It was a female heavy ballad in French (but not The Poppies as on a smash play web listing)

Excuse my near non-exitant French, but the only line I remember was something like: "Adieu, et pas de chance"
