It is not really possible to buy these off the shelf.
The only way to get them is to have them made for yourself.
This is not a cheap thing as the former used to cut the boxes out on a machine can cost up to £300
to have made before a box can be made.
There may be a dealer or manufacturer out there who may sell you some.
