Does anyone have a method for the white helicopter landing circle deck markings as seen on RN frigates, destroyers etc?

I've got the remains of a set of the 1/1250 Modern Naval Deck Markings waterslide decal sheets produced by Skytrex but I assume these have been out of production for ages. There's nothing on their website.
