Most of you may not have realised that the tanker Eventine (ex-MV Charvi, ex-Storviken) was modelled by Triang about 18 years ago - The Viken Tanker in their range! If you have been wondering what to do with yourbent, battered and tatty old tanker, give it a black hull and paint the pipes red oxide to match the deck and it will probably keep going for as long as the real ship. Of course, you could always buy a Coastlines resin hull conversion kit and make a more permant repair....
