A little speculation - as far as I know the IOMSP liveries followed Cunard. The lower panels of passageways, the insides of bulwarks, the lower part of ventilators were frequently - but not always - maroon. However - where maroon ends and brown starts is a problem, so I've always adopted a sort of "maroony/brown". Only a guess...
