I have raised this topic before but some years ago now and their seems to be interest in Triang ships on Facebook.
By 1964 Triang had stopped releasing new ship and harbour models so missing many possible models like Leander frigates and the QE2.
In the UK some warships were made by Ensign and Fleetline.
The German firm Hansa filled the gap.with models of HMS Fearless and HMS Blake as well as the QE2. Though made in 1/1250 scale they can work with Triang. Star made a very Triang like Leander.
