I have added two plans kindly supplied by Chris Hankin

I've added these to the combined PDF and correct a few typos and turned Port Chalmers the right way up, although the image is now at the bottom of the page now.

I haven't sorted the image that was on Page 16 which I think is a ghost for some reason
