Many thanks for your comments and ideas Paul. I have now added a lot of WMS and original Degen pictures and will put this out shortly.
The idea of adding pictures of real ships - especially in colour - is tempting but somewhat overwhelming!
I also have an illustrated list of 1/1250 British merchantmen by the German manufacturers, principally Albatros as I've collected many of these over the years
