I have them as individual PDF files containing images, from the scanner.
The list is also a PDF file created from a DOS directory list.
I'm trying to get that list into ID order and scan the last two plans I've found. I can then combine into a single PDF document with an index.

I'll post another progress report in a few days and can provide copies if people want them
