Whilst the quality and finish of these models by SS is superb, if the future of 1/1250 is kit-shaped I'm not sure it includes me!

I'm also not sure that it will attract younger collectors when they have scales like 1/700 or 1/350 to model in and not ruin their eyesight prematurely. These 1/1250 kits are for highly skilled modellers only.
