There's a 1/350 scale STL file for the 4" Mk. XIX available as a free download on Thingiverse.
If you have access to a 3D printer, download the file, rescale in the slicer software and print off as many as you need.

It might loose too much detail using an FDM machine. A resin printer would be best.
