The Chant was WMS11 - this was produced by Wirral Miniature Ships - it was not a Len Jordan.

The prototype WMS 11 was a tanker produced for coastal use in 'home waters' (CHANnel Tanker) in the 1944/5 period.

(There was also a 'dry cargo' version-the 'Empire F': WMS 10)

I've only ever seen (& sold) WMS 10&11 in grey - but if you study Sammelhafen you'll see that there were some 'civil' post-war versions.
