There's no USS Fife model on Sammelhafen and I haven't searched all the individual names of the Spruance class, but there is a generic Spruance by 'Iskra'.
There's no picture and I've never seen any by this manufacturer before so I can't comment on their usual quality, perhaps it's one of theirs?
