Goliath tug -triang M731

I'm trying to find data on the prototype for the Triang M731 tug. It appears to be fairly closely based on the steam tug Goliath, built [I think] by W Simons 1916, scapped 1979. Apart from a couple of photos I can find no data on the tug.

Can anyone help please- loa, power, etc.?
