If you want a really simple Triang loading ramp...just use one half of the lifting bridge!
The only other ready-made version I'm aware of is the Triton TB45 'Ferry dock loading ramp set' which appears to be based on one of the Dover twin berths; then there is CNC's full Dover ferry port kit.
