There's a frustrating photo (it doesn't show enough of the ship) of Swiftsure being converted in Raven/Roberts book on British cruisers.

She might have ended up similar to the Tigers, or like the header photo here.

I have a cut down, half done Swiftsure in one of my boxes somewhere.
