It could well be a 'home made' shop display made by the owner of the shop. I don't think it's a genuine Tri-ang-produced display.

In the unlikely event (in my eyes) thatit's a Tri-ang display it has certainly been painted over and is not in original condition.

The cliffs could be key. Ask the seller what they are made out of. I think - and am happy to be corrected here - that the originals were moulded rubber. If these are resin or plaster, for example, they are not genuine Tri-ang but 'remoulds'.

I didn't read all of the advert - depending on price it could still be a good buy if all of the ships are included.
