I am delighted to see a colour photograph that shows HMS Exeter with the experimental blue anti-fouling paint. Other points to note are that the painted waterline is not horizontal and that the black vertical marking fades away at the waterline. note also the dark lower hull on Fearless so that you get it right if you model the ship with the stern door down.
