I should like to thank all the contributors to the "Price of everything" thread and to those who have telephoned and emailed me. I will address your concerns in the near future but in the meantime, I want to keep the earlier thread open and I have noticed that thanking people at the bottom of a thread is taken as an indication that the matter is now closed but I do not wish to give that impression.... yet.
What I hope all readers will take away is the extent to which makers of 1/1200 and 1/1250 scale models contribute to keeping down the price that collectors pay for models and that they should be treated as friends, not enemies.
