Hi, I have two beautiful brood mares that I had bought only 4 months ago... Karra Karra is a Maiden and when I bought her from a reputable stud, they told me that she was not in foal... She is definately in foal as I had the vet check her.... We do not know her dates and going by her teats, vulva and waxing up, I think she is ready to foal any day now. I am so concerned as I try to watch her all the time and am so scared that she will foal when I am unable to be there.( like when I need to make a coffee and food shower etc) I am awake most of the night sitting near her, and also during the day. I am too affraid to leave her completely alone. Can anyone enliten me on what really to expect, as I have never had a mare in foal before.... Also the other one... Sayang, bought from the same stud, is due but I think she may be a few weeks off .... I really need your advice and would appreciate any help any one of you are able to give me... Thank You.....
