Some brood mares can look in foal even when not, but the best way to know for sure is to have a sonogram done by a vet. That is the only way to be sure. Also do you ever notice any movement in the belly? It will look like the belly is jumping. But if she where to be far enough along movement can be hard to see. If you have pictures of her belly from the side and also pictures of her udder that would be great.
