Well, we kind of sort of did karoake with our Viserian Idol spoof...though we didn't sing actually. Same with "Undead Johnny and Dementia, live at the Viseria Paladium."
Igor and I have sung a cpl of times but he hates it when I write for us to do that. Despises me for it! 
As for live, we have defintely thought of doing that. I actually believe that we had a slot slated for last season but it ended up not happening. We couldn't do an actual live broadcast at the station we're at, but we could do "Live to tape" and tape all our segments live, play the movie, etc.
We thought about having some fans come to the station and be in an audience. They could watch the actual movie on a small TV while we weren't on. Maybe we'll still do something like that.
We'd just need to make sure we had enough fans willing to come by. I think it would be fun and I know much of the cast would be open to it.
We also want to do a fan commentary. We've done about 4 audio commentaries I think. We haven't aired all of them, some are on the DVDs. But we like to do them in place of showing a rerun sometime. We thought it would be fun to have like 3-4 fans in with a cpl of us and do a commentary as well.
But yeah, I think a live show would be fun.
