Well obvious, there was some kind of delay.
Now i have 119 kg and the number is dropping...
So 8 kg in 4 and half weeks is superb.
(I didn't count first two weeks, where I loose 7 kilos, mostly superfluous water from body, that carbs need for metabolism)
Keto indicators now show near maximum level of ketogenesis.
Soon I'll again visit doctor and do some blood tests and EKG.
I feel well and after visiting doctor I intend to have about 4-5 weeks of fasting with Breuss method.
Then back to ketogen/Atkins diet, which will be my final way of feeding.
Quitting with carbs is similar like quitting with cigarettes, the same level of addiction, if you're addicted smoker.
We need 3-5 years, before we can barely say, we are convalescents.
I tried dozens of diets, but this one is the best for me, I like it and I love it!
There are a lot of high protein, chocolate/fruit tasting products on market... yiiipiii!!
Pizza is the same, just paste is substituted with eggplant for example...
I eat whenever I want, and how much I want. I eat sometimes small meals all day, from morning till night.
And in few weeks addiction with carbs is minimized!!
I wonder what will be in few months, and then few years...
Diet is like quitting other addictions:
Quitting alcohol for alcoholics.
Cigarettes for heavy smokers.
Amphetamines for drug-takers.
And CARBS FOR MORBID POTBELLIED PERSONS, and diabetics, etc...
In 90% restaurants you get desired food without carbs!
It's easier in comparison with alcoholics and maybe even chain smokers.
An alcoholic won't get wine w/o alcohol, and even if could, wouldn't be satisfied.
After eating hamburger w/o bread you are fed up, if not, eat another one!
ONLY STRONGEST SURVIVE!
Remember, first few weeks are for most hard to "survive" your body (and mind!) is carb addicted machine.
Use and eat a lot of high quality oils with omega3 !!
Exercise at least little by little !!
ATTENTION: DANGER OF JOJO EFFECT
!! Don't start with diet if you have thoughts of feeding yourselves "normal" in future, and/or not exercising - not even a little !!
IN VERY SHORT TIME, YOU'LL GAIN ABOUT 20% MORE WEIGHT YOU HAVE NOW !!
STARTING WITH DIET AGAIN WILL BE MUCH MUCH HARDER AND LESS EFFECTIVE !!
