Hello!
I'm 4 weeks on strict diet and after first week my body is in active ketogen mode
(proved each day with keto indicators)
I eat 5-6 times a day, small doses, because of surgery reduced stomach.
I walk 10km(2hours), 3 times a week.
In 4 weeks I only lost 3-4kg.
Now I have 124kg.
Not quite satisfied.
The truth is, that I eat a lot of (fat) meat, most of it is domestic pork, and very low carb cheese, but I'm not drinking extra fats or oils.
I also eat low carb vegetables a little and casein with no carbs.
I drink only water and Coca Cola ZERO.
Do you think, I should eat less meat and cheese, and drink more fats, oils, etc?
Or am I missing something ?!?
