you can really blow it one day and get back on track the next day, some times if you get at a platue it will give you a kick start again. somepeople can have more carbs then others the kto sticks help you keep track of how many carbs you can have. Sugar and bread are the poison we should avoid no matter what. the chef Blain Juleson fit t.v. lost over 100 lbs and has some fantastic recipies if you like to cook you will love it. As time goes on you can go on the maintnance of low carb it gives you a lot more choices, any time you try to change the way you have been raised to eat can be a most difficulttask!! I am a diabetic 2 it keeps me off the insuline injections. I just got back on track with low carbing again, hoping to get off medications completley. Sticking to any type of diet change from my food addictions and habits are the most hard thing i havee ever done. hang in there don't beat yourself up.
