This diet has changed my life. I've lost 115 pounds, from 320 to 205 in 14 months. If you stay in ketosis you can lose 1/3 of a pound per day. If you get hungry, don't eat carbs. I know it's hard but once in Ketosis for a while the cravings cease. Eat some dill pickels, mixed nuts, summer sausage, eggs, anything high fat or very low calorie/carb like the pickels. You MUST have 2/3 of your calories always come from fat and eat less than 20 carbs per day and you will drop weight fast. If you are hungry then eat, just not carbs. Those Atkins bars are BS by the way. Anything with sugar alcohol will stop ketosis temporarily. If you like sweets try Choco-perfection bars. They are expensive, but so good, by any standard.
