Hello! I used the "Atkins" diet several years ago, and lost 25 pounds.
I kept it off, and foolishly, recently, added 20 of those back.
I am on the diet again for the 2nd time, in one week have lost 5 pounds!
HOORAY! My question is this, I hear a LOT of talk of dieting for 6 days, eating "normal" 1 day a week. Does anyone have any input on this statement? I did wonderful on my diet the first time, but noticed I would "cheat" when I reached a plateau, and it jump-started the weightloss again. Now, I hear every 7th day.
Confused, and don't tend to lean toward that remark??? Input PLEASE!
