LOL- Ya, that probably is a pretty standard answer given by me. I'll have to think up some new stuff! 
Actually, I applaud any wrestler in the high school ranks who devotes time after their regular season to staying on the mat. I'm pretty sure that it would have taken a crowbar to get me there back in my day. I hope the extra effort pays off for you, and all wrestlers that do it for that matter.
Now if only more club-level coaches bought into this line of thinking.
