I just saw this as well:
"The following medical conditions may prevent you from holding a taxi cab driver’s licence.
Monocular vision or poor vision either with our without glassess."
So I would think you will have to wait until after the op so you know how bad it is, but like i said the PCO will be able to tell you. I'm sure they have had people with this before.
