Unless you are in a rush to do the knowledge just do it when you can. A lot of people say do courier work in London because it helps with the knowledge, well thats not quite true. When you are working you need to get from A to B and back again as quick as possible so you don't take in points etc.
Like I said unless you are in a mad rush, it will take you anywhere between 3 and 5 years anyway, just do it when you can.
