Knowledge Schools

Hi All New to this site and the "The Knowledge". Thinking of starting the New Year. CAn anyone give me some advice on Knowledge Schools. I've downloaded some runs from WizAnn - arethese the same whichever school you use or if I learn them the WizAnn way does that lock me into that school. Also not sure if I should be learning the points at the start and end of each run at the same time as learning the run itself Cheers
