Hi, My name is Matthew Khan and I ordered a taxi to get me to my home safely from 900 Queens Plate Drive and I waited about 50 WHOLE MINUTES. So therefore I called back and asked them where the cab was and I was RUDELY interupted by a lady working at around 3 o`clock in the morning on June the seventh, 2009.
she was cursing me with foul language and I deeply do not accept that from a company.
I will result to my lawyers and gather the taped conversations that were recorded on the phone calls to prove my innocence and to display my mother`s 53 year old calling disturbance that shocked my whole family.
This is the worst service I have ever had and I will not let this day go until justice is served.
