Hi,
I am sorry I didn't read this earlier in the week. I did send out the materials on September 12, 2009. Media mail is the slowest mail delivery especially since the box was large and heavy. The lady at the post office said average delivery is 5 - 10 days. I also have a tracking number but it is at work. I have no work on Monday so I will look for the paper first thing on Tuesday and send it to you.
