I hope you are not having an upper and a lower with only 11 teams.
Of course if you would move up all the C teams from the D you could do a drop down. Garner Ale House, Peidmont Fire, Dalton farms, Carolina drive, and especially G&K. G&K has the best team in the whole state and has dropped to D in everything even after winning C Nits in ISA. They have players who have won multiple D worlds with Priority one, Anytime cash advance, Abercrombie, Explosion, and then added some players from Gas It, Taylormade, and CG Investments. Sounds nothing like a D team.
