yea I'm sure there were "B" and "C" teams in the "D" just like they were in the "E" cuz no body has a pair and tell them that they cant play. I was told that the teams local directors dont help out on classification but I personally can look up any team and players for there classification. If they would regulate the teams then they would get alot more "E" teams cuz there way more "E" teams than any other classification. Just my two cents.
